    Kevin Reilly’s Tippett Hanging Light is not only one of the first fixtures he designed, it remains one of his favorites. The strict paper shade, inspired by Japanese lanterns, is grounded by placement on a slim handcrafted steel plinth. The result is an elegant architectural form which casts downwards through discrete vents and, as the top is left uncovered, washes the ceiling with warm light. In two standard sizes with customization options, for indoor and outdoor use.

A self-taught artist, he creates clean, minimalist custom indoor and outdoor light fixtures for architects and designers. Reilly has been a treasured HOLLY HUNT collaborator since 2001.

For Reilly’s masterful team in Montgomery, AL, the meticulous production process begins and ends in the workshop, starting with steel sheets that are fabricated and finished by hand into finely crafted fixtures.
