Vladimir Kagan’s Erica Contour Low Back Swivel, first introduced in 1967, is a supportive seat set on an X-shaped Lucite base, intended to create the illusion of floating off the ground. The piece features a discreet memory-swivel mechanism, as well as Kagan’s trademark of a single “buttonless tuft” adorning the seat and back.

- Sits atop a 1-inch-thick, X-shaped Lucite base, intended to create the illusion of floating.

- Remove dust with a dry or damp lint-free microfiber cloth. Thoroughly dry the piece with a soft cloth after application of any moisture.
- Never use solvents, abrasives, or glass cleaners.
- Fine scratches can sometimes be removed.
- Vladimir Kagan recommends the Novus 7136 Plastic Polish Kit. Closely follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
