Description
A tribute to our cosmic origins, Matter Skylight Adèle by Jeremy Maxwell Wintrebert is a mesmerizing sculpture composed of intricately blown-glass discs, originally showcased in his Paris exhibition Chapter 2: Adèle. Wintrebert was inspired by the luminosity of molten glass, and he drew on astrophysical research and conversations with experts to link the transformative process of glass blowing to the expansion of the cosmos. It’s a reflection of his passion for the crystallization of the universe, showcased through an interplay of light and glass.
