Matter Glass Z13
-
Description
Glass Z13 is a sculpture by Jeremy Maxwell Wintrebert that pays tribute to the earliest known galaxy of the same name. Crafted with meticulous detail, each blown glass disc represents a unique chapter in the cosmic narrative, merging the art of glass blowing with the expansive nature of the universe. The distinctive red mirrored finish symbolizes the astronomical phenomenon of redshift—the stretching of light over billions of years.
