Palermo: Oyster

Description
Palermo is a multilayered laser-engraved textile inspired by fluctuating widths of particle waves. Each “wave” is composed of three layers: satin, colored varnish and a nonwoven paper base. A vibrant pattern is created when a laser permeates the satin, revealing the varnish beneath. The result is a wallcovering that brings wonderfully unusual yet congruous movement to rooms.
