Seedling is a series of coil-built forms by Zachary Weber representing the first signs of life—growth breaking through its container. Each ceramic silhouette is cut into various forms, displaced and reintegrated into itself, a process that involves play, experimentation and the embrace of uncertainty. The structural cutouts, vibrant colors and enclosed form of this glazed ceramic sculpture engage the viewer to explore the possibilities within.
