Facing Architectura is a minimalist departure from the Architectura series’ perspective-heavy paintings. It incorporates a unique color technique with around twenty layers of glaze, transitioning through colors which were inspired by Van Eyck. Surrounded by architectural walls, the viewer finds an escape in the serene sky above, symbolizing success and a radiant future.
